Cayenne Pepper Poultice

This remedy is for pain in knee.
But could be used for any joint pain.

MRI has shown a tear in the meniscus that two doctors are recommending surgery to trim the meniscus tear at a cost over 3k. Can the added blood flow heal the tear? We will find out in 6 months or so I will get a follow up MRI to find out. Today is 5-16-21 and this treatment is relieving pain and keeping my knee mobile. If I don’t treat for a day pain starts to come back after 24-36 hours.
