Buttery Roasted Potatoes

Buttery Roasted Potatoes

450° 25-30 minutes

3 lbs Yellow Potatoes - halved
1/2 C Butter - melted
2 tsp Salt
1/ tsp Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Mustard

Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil coated with cooking spray.

In large bowl add butter, toss potatoes to coat. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, paprika & mustard.
Mix until potatoes are well coated. Pour onto baking sheet. Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown, tossing
potatoes half way through.
