20210515 Why Taxation? - The Daily Summation

Can you please explain to me, how taxation is ANYTHING OTHER THAN the redistribution of wealth?

Whether it's going FROM the poor, TO the wealthy (which is typically NOT how things work in the modern era), or vice versa, you're taking money from ONE person and using it to the advantage of another.

And for the MOST PART, THAT'S A BAD THING.

It's not a problem because the wealthy support those worse of than themselves, but you see, that's NOT what's happening.

What's happening is that GOVERNMENT is taking money from those in better situations, and using it AS THEY SEE FIT for those ostensibly in worse one.

Since a lot of the time, those in government don't really know how to redistribute those assets in a reasonable way, they tend to do a poor job of it.
