When The Zeros Try To Be Heroes

The Mississippi Supreme Court case regarding Medical Marijuana is an epic fail. It is an example of what happens when you put reckless people in charge of anything. There is a different kind of wokeness that the right occasionally suffers from and this is a classic example. Watch the video below and swap out Mary Hawkins Butlers name with Leeroy Jenkins and you'll get the idea. The language is a bit rough, but there is a time for that and this is one of them.

Additionally I find it interesting that this State Supreme Court echoes quite nicely the SCOTUS vote against election fraud in several states. This too was cast down in a 6 to 3 vote. https://news.bloomberglaw.com/cannabis/mississippi-supreme-court-overturns-medical-cannabis-initiative

This describes the two versions that were voted on. It also shows the number of undervotes. (Those who can't follow simple instructions.)

The actual percentage voting for this original ballot initiative wasn't really 74% it was 59.87% which falls just under the 60% threshold which needs to be put back into place. At this point a 40% win is enough to change the constitution. So as I've discovered there's a lot more to this story than originally understood by me.

This is where the books I haven't even tried to sell until now currently reside.
