The DS (NWO) has had plans long ago to bring all the world under their control.

It has been confirmed that Fort Dietrich level #4 lab is a Black Hat operation and it is not yet in control of the Alliance in February 2021 which is not a part of the original document. This was designed to create a very contagious but super low mortality rate virus to fit the needed plan of the Cabal using SARS, HIV, Hybrid Research Strain that was created at Fort Dietrich Class 4 lab from 2008 to 2013 as a part of a research project to find out why corona viruses spread like wildfire in bats but have an extremely hard time infecting humans.
