Neighbor's dogs taunting my dog

My dog used to get along so nicely with the neighbor's dogs, until the neighbor decided that her dogs were too good to play with mine. Then they hung out near the fence, until the neighbor decided she didn't want that either, so she put up a stockade fence. Now the dogs try to taunt mine by digging under the fence to try to get over here. It probably won't be long before they're here, running around in my yard again.
