1 1/2 cup Buttermilk
2 cups All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp salt and Pepper (A.B. suggestion 1 tbsp)
1 tsp Garlic Powder (A.B. suggestion 1 tbsp)
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Hot Sauce

2 tbsp Sweet Smokie Joes, The Most Wanted Steak Seasoning, optional

1/3 cup Seasoned flour you used for dredging your Cubed Steaks
1/4 cup of your oil you used to fry your Steaks with
2 cups Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
