Got Slime?

Life can get rocky, hard and really slimy at times. We can lose our footing so easily during hard life seasons, especially when life is giving us slime! Ever felt like you are a slime on a rock? Some days, growing through hard days, I do. Lately, it has been a tough go of it. Life has been hard. Things come into our life and we question God! God, really??? What is this all about? Is this necessary? I find myself questioning God at times when I don’t like the situation, I find myself in. God understands, He listens and He answers us. He stays with us through the hard times and helps us to grow through. God is all about making us better people. Well, one thing is for sure, God has purpose in all things that touch our lives, even when we feel like slime on a rock. On those kinds of days, I know that God will finish well, even though things don’t look so good. I know it because I have heavenly hindsight of times past, where He did just that. He finished what He started in me, no matter how bad things looked. So, on days like today where I feel like slime on a rock, I know He will do more for me than I could ever hope for, imagine or dream. I watch, wait and trust, hoping in Him.
