Why practice yoga? Here are 3 key benefits!!!

In this video, I go over the 3 key benefits I see of practicing Hatha yoga which is the practice of yoga that uses the body as a tool to explore our inner world. Hatha yoga allows this exploration thanks to body postures ("Asanas") as well as breath work ("pranayama"), hand/finger gestures ("mudras") and eventually "mantras" which are words or sentences with specific meanings and that are repeated mentally or out loud.
