Officer rescues scared dog stranded in a river

Logan Police had a “doggone” good day. Officer Larsen and others responded to assist Officer Skinner with a dog stranded in the Logan River. Officer Larsen removed his boots and waded in the cold water to safely rescue the dog. The dog was released to the owner without any obvious injury. Amazing!
