**material : a handful of spinach, 9 eggs, 1 onion, 3 spicy pepper, salt, cooking oil

1. Blanch spinach in salted water for 20 seconds, then chop finely
2. Chop onion and spicy pepeer and mix all 4 eggs. With spinsch, too
3. in another bawl, combine 5 eggs and prepare
4. Grease pan with cooking oil, spread out vegetables, and roll
5. Then roll up the regular egg
