Germ Theory 101: Vaccines do not create an impenetrable barrier around you against a pathogen, they simply help your system stop a present pathogen from turning into a serious disease. So it should be no surprise that fully vaccinated people end up testing "positive," which is simply the presence of the virus in the system, not actual sickness.
