Staying grounded through breathing - A different way to think of breathing

Breathing is such an important part of our lives yet it is something we don’t always give much of our awareness to. By changing the way we breathe we can begin a process that can change our lives. The exercise I share in this video is so simple yet is the foundation on which much can be built upon. I have often heard this practice called “life breathing” and it is something I use daily to regularly ground myself and to raise my awareness. I hope that it can be of service to you as well.
