Titled The Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard, the sequel will accompany Michael Bryce (Reynolds) who cross paths again with murderer Kincaid (Jackson) and his wife Sonia (Salma Hayek) as they set out on a mission to save Europe from a new threat.

Antonio Banderas plays the new villain.

The cast also includes Morgan Freeman, Frank Grillo and Richard E. Grant.

Patrick Hughes returns to the direction with a script by Tom O’Connor.
