Meanwhile if you are just on kicks for soothing yourself after a full week of overtime and workload, you can also concentrate on listening to the sound of steady, rhythmic ocean waves or birds or windchime. These sounds provide a sensation of relaxation and calmness. The ocean waves can remind you of some distant great vacation and the birds or windchime partake the sound of nature at its best mood.
