Half Cakes are perfect for Tea / Hot Chocolate / Coffee . The Ingredients to this recipe :
2 1/2 cups all all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter / margarine
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/2cups water or whole milk for kneading
