'Project White Butterfly' provides Narcan, testing strips, education in neighborhoods ravaged by drugs

"Project White Butterfly," started after the founder's brother-in-law died from an overdose, aims to reduce overdose deaths in our area by handing out doses or Narcan, fentanyl testing strips, and educational materials to neighborhoods with known drug use.
