If you haven’t heard already, V push-ups are an exercise that leans closer towards the more challenging side. Individuals that incorporate V pushups into their fitness exercises need to maintain a V-shaped position throughout the entire duration of the exercise. V pushups make an excellent exercise for your shoulders, legs, and arms. For beginners, it is recommended to simply hold the V position several times before attempting to complete the exercise.
