How To Make Bruschetta Recipe

Bruschetta
4 Large Tomatoes - diced & drained
3 Cloves Garlic - minced
1/4 Small Red Onion - finely diced
Basil - fresh is best if you have. 1/2 tsp if using dried basil
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
3-4 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
Loaf of Italian Bread - sliced on bias
2 Cloves of Garlic - cut in half
Olive Oil
Cut up tomatoes and place in a strainer to drain juice.
Mix remaining ingredients and let set for 10-15 minutes.
Slice bread into 1" slices. Place on baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Bake 400° for 10 minutes. Make sure you keep an eye on them so they don't burn.
Rub garlic onto bread when done.
Top with tomato mixture.
