When you allow someone to live rent free in your mind you’re their prisoner, they control you, all of your decisions and actions are being affected by their last interaction with you, good or bad.

Stop that!!!

Fire them!

Life will become far less cluttered when you are leaving them in your past especially if they are judging you by your past.

I’ve moved on, I’ve left others in my past, and this includes people who are supposed to be part of your future.

It’s been awhile but its super simple, If you opened up a restaurant tomorrow regardless of your current experience wouldn’t you expect your friends and family to at least check it out?

Lower that expectation and leave them in your past because they certainly don’t want to be part of your future.
