When the Chickasaw's and their "cousins" the Choctaw's got here they realized this area with all these mineral-laden springs was something special. It's not often you see water coming out of a rock. Lots of people think this water stinks, and others like it so much they take it home in gallon jugs. Captain thinks it tastes okay, especially after a long walk..
