Gun Laws Aren't Enough of a Compelling Argument for Criminals to Fear

I don't know why lawmakers think criminals are compelled to not commit crimes simply because they created a law. More people practicing their second amendment right is far more compelling don't you think? Let's talk about it in the comments.
