'Costs of body cameras too high,' City of Waukesha says after $27 million City Hall construction

In the current climate of strained police-community relationships, it’s hard to put a price on the value of a first-person view of police interactions, but some law enforcement agencies in southeast Wisconsin are saying body cameras are too expensive.
