Terraforming and Rotating the Moon of Jupiter Callisto

The New Pillar has become electrogravitic: the cloud by day is H O H in another form: The same torch that cut stones in the Giza pyramid to precision, may be the "stone of stumbling", or cornerstone, representing the fire of plasma that sculpts 6.9 mile deep waveguides around Callisto!

The New Jerusalem is 1400 miles on a side, equaling 2253.082 kilometers, which is 138.918 kilometers smaller than Calisto, which would have its waveguide ring 69.459 miles underground, for the entire circumference. This means that the highest point that bulges, out the exact middle of each side of the cube, remains 69.459 miles higher than the cube's edge.

Cloud by day, and Fire by Night, around Callisto, means a negative Tesla Dome around one half of the surface (projection space), of one side, and a positive Tesla Dome around one half the surface of the other sidem means that regolith can become transported by the thousands of tons to the corners of the New Jerusalem. The negative projection space remains opposite of where the circumferential floating and rotating human platform resides, and so work can be accomplished incrementally on one side, and then the other, without affecting collision of the separated space. The teleportation of regolith takes place in the negative projection space.
