Help Wanted - Insane NYS Unemployment VRS System - VRS is a Joke & Needs Help Immediately!

NYS unemployment voice response system (VRS) is a joke. After 5 minutes navigating the VRS they end the call by saying they're busy call back. You can't reach a human being. Maybe NYS Department of Labor needs to hire some more unemployment specialists to handle the volume of unemployed people trying to activate their UI benefits since the Cuomo administration has opened up unemployment to illegals and felons making it virtually impossible to reach a specialist. Going on 2 1/2 months trying to collect and can not reach a human being to find out what is the holdup with my claim.
