Blake McFarland left the Baseball fields for the studio and whoever sees his works up close does not doubt that he made the right choice! The American artist makes sculptures with recycled tires so perfect that they impress! “I don't do abstract work for artists. I want children, grandparents, anyone who sees my work to be intrigued by something they have never seen in their lives ”, he says, on his website. Each sculpture needs 100 to 400 tires to take shape and takes, more or less, a month to be ready. Production time is understandable; the works are in real size and very rich in details. In addition to being beautiful, this artist's work is totally ecofriendly: look at the amount of tires that are no longer discarded in nature!
