Dr. Chalmers demonstrates how to do a hanging pelvic raise. This is a great core exercise and it can really help to strengthen the core musculature. This can help balance the pelvis which can decrease or eliminate low back pain. This exercise, done properly, can also help shape the lower 4 rectus abdominal muscles and give you that V at the lower portion of your abs.
