Ashli Babbitt's shooting makes very little sense from just about every angle we examine it from. From the tactics of the officer who shot her, to the absurd investigation that cleared the mystery officer, to all the strange and suspicious characters in that hallway who coincidentally surrounded her, it just makes no sense at all. What I will try to do here in segment one of a multi part episode will be to examine the scene of the shooting, the actions of the shooting officer, along a few of the shady characters and shady circumstances involved with the shooting.
