Wife Pleasantly Surprised by Previous Puppy

Info from Licensor: Two years ago, my dog Karma passed away. She had a previous litter of puppies that all found homes. Later on that summer, she passed away unexpectedly. She was the biggest piece of my heart and all I have left of her are pictures and memories. One morning I woke up to a phone call from my boyfriend telling me to come outside for a surprise. I walked outside to see him filming. I walked to the truck and looked thru the windshield and saw one of Karma's puppies she had two years ago in the back seat. This puppy was very special because she was the runt, and I saved her life when she was born. I opened the back truck door and was overwhelmed with emotions.
