Invitation and Introduction

Welcome! This will be my first ever video uploaded anywhere. I have a face made for radio, so you likely won't see it and my voice isn't much to write home about. That said, I hope to be able to get someone interested in cooking and its simplicity. At least this will compel me to keep a cleaner kitchen too, eh?
