"Mortal Kombat" is a futuristic American action, fantasy and martial arts film directed by Simon McQuoid (in his feature debut), based on Greg Russo (Dreg Calloham) and adapted from the script by Dave Callaham and the story by Eren Uziel and Russian [4]. This film was produced by James Wan and adapted from the fighting game series of the same name by Ed Boon and John Tobias, produced by Netherrealm Studios (formerly Midway) produced and published by Warner Bros. [5] This film is a restart of the Mortal Kombat film series. The film will star Lewis Tan, Jessica McNum, Josh Lawson, Tadanobu Asano, Mecade Brooks, Ludy Lin, Qin Han, Joe Taslin and Hiroyuki Sanada.
