The suspect was in search of money..

Gharatappeh gave him his wallet, about 80 bucks and his cell phone and he eventually left.

The 64-year old says it was unfair fight and tells us he wants the suspect taken off our streets.

"My mom always said go find someone your own age and own height," said Gharatappeh.

He's also thankful to be alive and is counting his blessings.
