No oil pressure to heads of Harley Sportster, Cam shims improperly placed

Found cam shims fractured inside cam area, blocking oil flow to heads inside Harley Sportster. Discovered that the cam shims were placed on inside, instead of outside, and they fractured to pieces inside engine.
