This place is a part of swayambhunath temple which is located at kathmandu, Nepal. These two men are collecting nepali coins thrown by people . The reason for throwing coin is that if he/she will be able to throw the coin and put in the middle of statue it is believe that whatever they wish for will be fullfilled.
