This is a video on how to use an Ah-So (pronounced “Osso”) wine bottle opener which is indispensable for opening older bottles of wine with fragile corks, or to open a bottle of wine without damaging the cork, as can occur with a standard corkscrew. Using the Ah-So is the preferred way to open a bottle of wine once it is more than 10 years old.
