Found in South America, anaconda snakes are a semi-aquatic group of snakes and are considered the largest snakes in the world, reaching up to 6 meters. Anacondas do not regularly hunt humans.

Due to the expansion of the urban area in the natural habitat of Sucuris, it has become common to see these animals looking for green areas, lakes and food near the city, even crossing the road, becoming a danger to them and also to drivers. Accidents with these animals have already been recorded in Brazil.
