Ingredients:
1 lb Tofu
2 eggs
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp grated garlic
½ tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp chopped green onion
1 tbsp chopped carrot
1 tbsp chopped onion

2 eggs
1 c cornstarch
2 c breadcrumbs
500ml cooking oil

Instructions:
1. Grate the ginger and garlic.
2. Dice the green onions, carrots, and onions.
3. Squeeze the water out of the tofu.
4. Add 2 eggs, grated ginger, grated garlic, soy sauce, white pepper, and salt into the tofu. Mix well.
5. Add the chopped onion, carrots, and green onion, then mix well.
6. Cut the parchment paper to the size of the container. Put it in the container. Put the tofu mixture in the container, and flatten it.
7. Put the tofu mixture on the steamer. Let it steam for 20 minutes, then let it cool.
8. Remove the solidified tofu from the container and cut it into 16 pieces.
9. Prep the breading station, then dip the tofu into the cornstarch, then into the eggs, then finally into the breadcrumbs.
10. Heat the cooking oil to 350 degrees, then fry the tofu until golden brown.
