Proverbs - Chapter 4

This is the 4th Chapter of the book of Proverbs. It is read from one of my own personal bibles which is the King James version. Throughout my walk and journey with God, I have enjoyed reading a Proverb a day for each day of the month, for there are 31 Proverbs total. This book is full of wisdom. Proverbs 4:20-22 reads, "My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. Proverbs Chapter 2:1-5 even states that if we will receive His words and seek after wisdom and apply our hearts to understanding, if you seek it as you would silver or gold or other fine treasures, then you would understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God.Show more
