Pfizer's numbers. In the experimental group, only 8 out of 21,720 got infected. That gives us an EER of 8/21,720 = 0,037%.
In the control group, 162 out of 21,726 got infected. That gives us a CER of 162/21,726 = 0,746%.
Absolute Risk Reduction (ARR):
CER - EER = ARR
0,746% - 0,037% = 0,71%
Relative Risk Reduction (RRR):
ARR / CER = RRR
0,71% / 0,746% = 95,22%

In Sweden, 181 people died out of 2.8 million vaxxinated, so one chance in 15000 to die. 10 times higher risk of getting severe side-effects.
