Restaurants struggling to re-hire employees

Restaurants are faced with the harsh reality that many of their employees laid off during the pandemic are unable or simply do not want to come back to work, leaving many restaurant owners frustrated. One Cape Coral restaurant owner says, his small staff is now having to work 10 times harder.
