We are flexible & able bodied to adjust to whatever comes our way if we’re willing to see those opportunities that Present themselves to us!

Traffic shows up to see how we’ll navigate it or let it get us stuck in an old pattern.

Why fight? Send them love & compassion. Work on Loving You more than fighting -- that's what exhausts us! We put more attention & energy to “fight against” rather than focusing on where we can uplift & create the NEW.

When we're pushing against what we don't want, we're feeding & creating more of it.
