20210506 Tribalism - The Daily Summation

I'm just not convinced it's fair to say what we're experiencing at this moment in history in the United States can or should be described at "tribalism."Show more

Those on the Right, seem sold on doing the best they can for others (in general, there are ALWAYS those who aren't that way). They want to help SO LONG AS they're not asked to abandon their principles in the process.

On the Left (again, keep in mind there are exceptions), many seem interested in attacking and "eating" anyone with whom they have SOMETIMES EVEN MINOR disagreements.

That's NOT tribalism in my mind (okay, the Conservative approach is CLOSE).

This is what I put out there for folks to think about on The Daily Summation from Kurt's Religion and Politics. What do YOU think?
