AZ Audit - Why all the resistance??

After the democrats have complained for so long about election integrity, what is the harm in looking into this? I am always a skeptic... I don't believe there was nation wide fraud, but it is also hard to belive that someone with such a horrible track record and low enthusiasm could get more votes than Barack Obama. if there is nothing to hide, then why is the audit such a problem? In both the 2016 and 2020 elections, there was proof of dead people, illegals, and felons voting. in 2020 many people like myself received multiple ballots. There are people now being charged for voting in multiple states, so we have a lot of problems... this audit could help identify some of them so we could hopefully fix them and build faith in our elections again. I don't understand why the democrats are so resistant to the audit and fixing the problems with our elections... especially after they have complained about it for so long. 62% of people of all parties have lost faith in our elections. This audit is a good thing for any honest person who wants to expose these problems in hopes that they will fix them. I am a skeptic and did not believe there was some conspiracy to steal the election... I find that idea to be crazy... but the Democrats sure are acting guilty. I don't understand their current behavior.
