1 cup Mule Team BOROX
1 cup Baking Soda
1 cup Pink Himalyaian Salt/ Epsom Salt Mix. (Dr Teals is great)

Soak for as long as you can in your tub hot/warm water. When you get out you will see and feel a difference! When you see black grains and build up all around your tub as you drain it, that's all the metals and garbage that was extracted out of your body! Soak at least weekly!
