Bigfin Squid / an alien??

Bigfin squids are called bigfin squids because they have big fins! Go figure! They use these big fins to swim in the ocean, but they're more well-known for their strange behavior of holding their arms out at nearly 90 degree angles. These squids live in the deep ocean and are rarely seen. They have long, tailing filaments that are believed to be used for catching food.
