We are starting off this morning with some rain showers moving through the area. Skies should clear in the morning with high temperatures in the upper 50s to near 60 today under light northwest winds. There will be a slight chance of some afternoon showers. There will be another chance of rain showers early Friday and then once again in the afternoon. Highs will be in the mid 50s. The weekend isn't looking too bad. We will be dry with highs in the mid to upper 50s on Saturday and then the lower to mid 50s on Sunday for Mother's Day. We do have 60s returning to the area by early next week. While we started off May feeling like the middle of summer, it will be cooler for the foreseeable future. The outlooks for the beginning of May is calling for cooler than normal temperatures.
