Episode 48 - Junk Journal with Daffodils Galleria

Well, I go off the deep end here and explore using VENETIAN PLASTER and RAGS to make BOOK PAGES!! I learned this technique in an art class I recently took and had to explore it.

I use my old pallet knife to spread the Venetian plaster and I use DRYWALL TAPE to add some texture and adhere some ephemera like old photographs, book pages, maps, etc.

I plan on making a Junk Journal out of these “signatures” so I made 8 pages using 1/2 of a rag for each page. I bought the rags in a package and the Venetian plaster you can get at any hardware store. Let’s have som messy fun!
