E44: The Encinitas Neighbors Coalition (ENC) and the politics in Encinitas

Julie Thunder and I talk Encinitas politics. Julie's been since last November's Mayoral race. Since then she has started a citizens group called Encinitas Neighbors Coalition (ENC).
