DOES RELEASE OF OLD CARTEL TYPES SIGNAL A NEW DRUG WAR IN MEXICO?

I stand by the fact that we are involved in a one sided war with Mexico. The Mexican government is using disenfranchised mexican and central/south american immigrants as well as a continuing flood of narcotics acroos our southern border as tools to bring about the collapse of the US border states.
