Countess Alcina Dimitrescu is a mutated human countess and the Dimitrescu family's matriarch. She inherited Castle Dimitrescu, a fortress controlled by the family since its Medieval creation, while living in an Eastern European country. Between the 1950s and the 2020s, she was linked to a string of violent murders for at least seventy years. Dimitrescu is known to have three female companions whom she considers to really be her daughters.
